# Tích hợp đồng độ Fanpage

## 1. Tự động ẩn comment chứa Email, số điện thoại

Để cấu hình ẩn các bình luận Facebook (ẩn tất cả các bình luận, ẩn bình luận chưa email, số điện thoại), admin làm theo hướng dẫn sau:

## 2.Facebook form lead

Facebook form lead hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp chuyển đổi các Lead trên bài quảng cáo Facebook thành người dùng trên hệ thống theo thông tin khách hàng đăng ký trên form. Các leads sẽ chuyển đổi thành ticket và phân phối cho chuyên viên hệ thống theo kỹ năng comment của Page thiết lập quảng cáo. Để đồng bộ leads trên bài quảng cáo về CareSoft, khách hàng thiết lập ở 2 giao diện sau:

1\. Giao diện khi thêm mới Page vào hệ thống: Khi thêm mới Page vào CareSoft, hệ thống có hiển thị danh mục "Đồng bộ lead ads", khách hàng tick vào để đồng ý đồng bộ tất cả lead từ tất cả bài quảng cáo ở Page đó về hệ thống, sau đó bấm "Thêm mới" để hoàn thành

Giao diện cập nhật lại Page: Trên CareSoft, khách hàng chọn Page và bấm vào "Cập nhật", hệ thống hiển thị danh mục cập nhật như trong ảnh. Khách hàng cũng tiến hành tick vào "Đồng bộ lead ads" sau đó bấm "Cập nhật" để hoàn thành<br>
