## Tích hợp Facebook Page

Hệ thống CareSoft hỗ trợ khách hàng có thể thêm mới Fanpage Facebook vào hệ thống để nhận tương tác và gửi tương tác ra cho khách hàng. Tiền hành theo các bước như sau 

1. Chọn “Cấu hình”
2. Chọn “Facebook & Instagram”

3. Chọn “Thêm mới Page”.&#x20;

Giao diện liên kết giữa CareSoft và Facebook hiển thị, Admin doanh nghiệp tiến hành xác nhận như trong ảnh để tiến hành thêm mới Fanpage vào hệ thống.

Lưu ý: Trường hợp sau khi bấm "Tiếp tục" nhưng Fanpage không tích hợp vào CareSoft, Admin doanh nghiệp tiến hành thêm mới lại như trên nhưng tại bước 3, Admin doanh nghiệp chọn vào "Chỉnh sửa cài đặt" và tiến hành theo các bước như trong ảnh

* Chọn page muốn tích hợp vào hệ thống&#x20;

* Chọn Doanh nghiệp mà bạn muốn cho phép CareSoft truy cập

* Ấn Lưu ở màn hình Xem xét yêu cầu của CareSoft về quyền truy cập

* Sau khi ấn lưu giao diện tích hợp sẽ hiển thị kết nối thành công&#x20;
